You will monitor and analyze vibration data from wind turbine drivetrain components, ensuring optimal performance and early detection of potential issues. By utilizing advanced vibration analysis tools and software, you will interpret data and generate detailed reports that drive impactful decisions. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to implement effective solutions, while maintaining accurate records of all your findings. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the reliability and efficiency of our wind turbines.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will monitor and analyze vibration data to identify abnormalities and potential issues in wind turbine components.
- Utilize vibration analysis tools and software to interpret data and generate comprehensive reports.
- Perform root cause analysis of vibration-related problems and recommend effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to implement solutions for identified issues, enhancing overall performance.
- Maintain accurate records of all vibration analysis activities and findings to support continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- You have a certification in Vibration Analysis to ISO CAT II level as per ISO 18436 (preferred).
- Proven experience in vibration analysis, ideally within the wind energy sector.
- Strong understanding of vibration principles, signal processing, and data interpretation.
- Proficiency with vibration analysis tools and software (e.g., SKF, Gram&Juhl, Bachmann).
- You possess good English skills and strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
About the Team
Our team is responsible for end‑to‑end vibration diagnostics across different CMS tools, ensuring early detection and accurate analysis of mechanical issues in the wind turbine fleet. We manage and reduce diagnostic backlogs, give a preventive insight to Operation regarding possible disruptions in the drivetrain, troubleshoot data and system issues, and continuously improve models, configurations, and analysis criteria. Through structured training, knowledge‑sharing, and cross‑tool collaboration, we maintain high-quality diagnostic standards and support global operational reliability.
