How You’ll Make an Impact

• Improve efficiency in back office activities by implementing standardized processes for documentation maintenance, reducing errors and enhancing turnaround times.
• Regularly audit and update databases to ensure accurate and timely data management, facilitating informed decision-making across the organization.
• Establish a proactive approach to Treasury Mentorship compliance by conducting routine checks and providing training to ensure all team members are aware of and adhere to regulations.
• Supervise the Treasury Management System closely to identify areas for improvement, ensuring efficient performance and alignment with company objectives.
• Implement a detailed approach to supervise company credit card usage, ensuring compliance with company policies and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Foster collaboration with other departments to share best practices and insights, improving overall financial management and compliance across the organization.

What You Bring
A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to driving change. We are also looking for:

• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other M365 applications to create professional documents and presentations.
• High level of English proficiency (B2+) with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with partners.
• 1 year of experience in financial environments, showcasing a solid understanding of financial principles and practices, is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to tackle various projects within the area, applying PMO methodologies to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze data, create complex spreadsheets, and generate insightful reports.
