A Snapshot of Your Day 

In your new role as the Transformation of Industry S4 PMO, you will be a vital assistant to the TI Program and Rollout Cluster Managers. You will ensure that project standards are maintained and provide administrative support to streamline project operations and facilitate a smooth rollout execution at both the TI and cluster levels. Your responsibilities will include tracking project progress, managing financial administration, and maintaining risk and issue logs. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic project environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Provide general administrative support, such as maintaining project documentation, scheduling meetings and workshops, and handling routine project-related tasks at the TI and cluster levels.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project timelines and schedules at the TI and cluster levels. Track key milestones and deliverables, notifying team members of upcoming deadlines.
  • Assist with tracking and reporting project expenses and budget utilization at the TI and cluster levels. Support cost forecasting and financial planning to ensure projects remain within budget. Handle purchase orders, invoicing, and other financial paperwork.
  • Maintain logs of risks and issues, assisting in their tracking and resolution at the TI and cluster levels. Help organize risk assessment meetings and update stakeholders on risk status.
  • Support the scheduling and organization of Quality Gate reviews at the cluster rollout level. Check project deliverables against defined quality standards at the TI and cluster levels.


What You Bring   

  • Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in project management support roles.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
