Join Pro Integris, a Siemens Energy company, and step into a role where technical expertise meets customer engagement on global substation automation projects. Each day brings collaboration with tender management colleagues, project managers, and domain experts to shape high‑quality secondary control system solutions. From translating customer requirements into competitive concepts to supporting international tenders, the work is hands‑on, varied, and impactful.

Located in Split, Zagreb or Osijek (Croatia), you will be a part of the team of Pro Integris d.o.o. who is the 100% Siemens Energy subsidiary/legal entity.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Handle control system specifications for substation automation projects and translate customer requirements into tender solutions.
  • Develop concept diagrams for substation control systems, including RTUs, HMIs, IEDs, and communication interfaces.
  • Design network structures and select components for reliable and secure substation automation systems.
  • Create project‑specific technical documentation such as functional design specifications, signal lists, and test protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with sub‑suppliers, project management, and execution teams to balance quality, time, and cost.


What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, automation, or a similar field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in substation automation systems.
  • Hands‑on experience with both international and domestic projects.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for site surveys and customer meetings when required.
