Join Siemens Energy as a Technical Product Owner (m/f/d) Overhead Line Monitoring and become the vital link between business needs and technical solutions in product development. In this role, you will oversee the development and deployment of innovative Overhead Line Monitoring solutions, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, UX/UI designers, and product stakeholders. You will translate both business and technical requirements into scalable, high-performance products, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Your work will empower real-time monitoring and decision-making within energy transmission networks, while you advocate for product excellence and facilitate agile methodologies.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will craft clear, actionable user stories that reflect both business and technical requirements for Overhead Line Monitoring solutions
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and technical leads to ensure user stories capture all necessary design and usability requirements
• Actively participate in sprint reviews and demos, providing immediate feedback to the development team on acceptance or required changes
• Present completed features to business stakeholders, ensuring that business requirements are fully met before final acceptance
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams, engaging in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
  
  

What You Bring

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or possess equivalent professional experience in technical product ownership
• With 5-8+ years of experience in a product owner role, you have strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum Master, SAFe), TypeScript, and Python
• You are familiar with RxJS, Angular CLI, and Angular Material, and understand responsive and mobile-first web design.
• Your experience includes working with version control systems (Git) and collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• You have advanced English proficiency and are willing to relocate to the BIH/Bosnia region.
