A Snapshot of Your Day

Join us as a Team Support Trainee, where your day will be a blend of dynamic tasks and collaborative efforts. You’ll create purchasing requests, support travel bookings, and manage expense reports, all while performing essential administrative duties. Your role will involve maintaining communication with suppliers and internal departments, organizing internal gatherings, and providing ad-hoc support to teams. With your proactive attitude, you’ll balance tasks efficiently, contributing to both local and global projects.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Create purchasing requests for services and indirect supplies.
  • Support the team with travel bookings and expense report creation.
  • Perform general administrative duties like mail handling and document organization.
  • Maintain communication with suppliers and internal departments.
  • Organize internal gatherings, workshops, and corporate events.
  • Create, update, and maintain documentation and reports.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the teams.

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and organizational tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with strong task prioritization skills.
  • Confidence in cross-cultural interactions in English and Hungarian.
  • Availability to work min 30 hours per week.
