As the Team Lead – Noedra Node, you will be responsible for leading a team focused on Switchgear Monitoring systems. This role serves as the primary technical authority for our Switchgear Monitoring systems, ensuring high-quality delivery to our customers. You will balance technical leadership, team mentorship, and customer-facing responsibilities to support the growth of our Grid Enhancing Technology portfolio.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Act as the subject matter expert for Switchgear Monitoring systems. You will provide technical guidance to solve complex issues during the project lifecycle
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers/project managers. You will oversee project deliverables and provide guidance for the installation and commissioning phases.
• Lead technical meetings and consultations with customers. You will ensure that technical requirements are met and that clients receive clear, expert communication regarding their deliverables.
• Interface directly with SE manufacturing facilities.
• Maintain rigorous adherence to Siemens Energy safety protocols and quality standards across all site activities.

What you bring

•  Deep technical understanding of switchgear monitoring technologies
• Proven experience in the installation and commissioning of grid technologies.
• Experience managing or mentoring teams in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to conduct formal meetings and represent the company professionally in front of external stakeholder.
• Ability to navigate the "Noedra Node" structure and collaborate effectively across the Digital Grid division.
