As a Student Worker, you will support the Field Resource Coordinator with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. Your work will help ensure that field resources are accurately documented, tracked, and reported, contributing to smooth and efficient field operations.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Collect, organize, and maintain documentation related to field resource assignments and delegation
  • Upload and manage documents in SharePoint, ensuring correct structure, naming conventions, and version control
  • Calculate and track working hours based on daily plans, schedules, and field activity reports
  • Keep tracking tools, spreadsheets, and team tables up to date with accurate field resource data
  • Support the preparation of basic reports and summaries for the Field Resource Coordinator
  • Communicate with team members to clarify missing or incorrect documentation or time data

What you bring

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
  • Basic proficiency with MS Excel and SharePoint or similar document management tools
  • Ability to organize information and manage multiple administrative tasks effectively
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Reliability and ability to work independently under guidance
  • Willingness to learn and support operational teams in a fast-paced environment
