A Snapshot of Your Day
The Site Quality Administrator supports the Site Project Engineering team through maintaining systems and processes for report writing, people development and certification, as well as tracking and maintaining business innovation projects for continuous improvement activities
How You’ll Make an Impact
Financial:
• Ensure that Business Innovation projects costs are tracked and monitored against targets
• Training and development targets are known and budgeted for 1 year prior
People Training and development:
• Ensure training and development plans exist for all Project Engineers
• Support in the recruitment and onboarding of new Project Engineers to Siemens Energy Australia
• Maintain and update Project Engineer Training Matrix and certification matrix
• Maintain and facilitate a mentor program for Project Engineers at Siemens Energy
Business Improvement Projects:
• Planning and organizing the annual Innovation workshop for Field Service
• Maintain and be responsible for the Business Improvement Project list and monitor progress against targets and plans. Ensure all Business Improvement Projects have 2 resources allocated and are progressing as per the plan.
• Facilitate Monthly Project Engineer call to discuss and track progress on business improvement back-office works. Ensure all back-office work on the cost centre are known in advance in line with the banked hours policy.
Quality and Technical documentation systems:
• Local superuser for access to Siemens Energy technical systems – Globus, SAP, SRC, FSRW, eFRW, Dashpivot and QIS. Arrange access to systems for Field Service personnel as required and contact global technical support as required for troubleshooting. Be the primary contact for any system downtime/issues and communicate this to the field service business as and when required.
• QIS incident event document co-ordinator – ensure all entries meet the basic requirements for incident entry and all roles are allocated per the required technical fleet list.
Project Management Support:
• Use of OnePM system to provide project support
• Assisting in Project pre-planning
• Conduct product sourcing and procurement for projects
• Subcontractor tender evaluations.
• Support with variation calculations
• Assist in Cost Tracking
• Travel assistance - booking flights, accommodation & car hire
• Assist in onboarding new project team members, tracking training and site safety requirements
