What You Can Expect

Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands-on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments - including an eight-month international placement - you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders.

As an SEGP participant you will take ownership of first operational and strategic projects, contributing to performance, innovation and the ongoing transformation of the operations operating model.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.

• Lead defined projects and improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and drive transformation
• Analyze production and performance data to identify optimization opportunities and support decision‑making
• Collaborate across Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to implement standardized processes, KPIs, and value‑adding solutions
• Gain broad exposure across manufacturing functions and international sites, contributing to global operational excellence initiatives and building future leadership capabilities

What You Bring

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and demonstrated interest in manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments
• Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome
• A master's or doctoral degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working
• Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel
