Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a motivated, tech‑savvy Talent Acquisition Partner to join our U.S. Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the launch and large‑scale expansion of our brand‑new manufacturing facility in Jackson, Mississippi—an exciting, high‑visibility project scheduled to open in 2027.

As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will partner closely with stakeholders to design and deliver end‑to‑end recruiting strategies—attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent to enable Siemens Energy’s continued U.S. expansion and transformation. You will play a critical role in translating business needs into effective talent solutions while shaping a strong and sustainable workforce for the future.

You will be part of a best‑in‑class, global recruiting organization that leverages shared standards, modern recruiting technologies, and industry‑leading practices. This is an exciting opportunity to join Siemens Energy at a pivotal moment—where you will help shape how talent strategies are executed, influence how we hire for impact, and make a meaningful contribution to the future of our organization.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Partner with U.S. Business Unit leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to understand needs and strategic goals.
  • Provide data-based labor and competitor market insights through regular customer engagement, ensuring proactive data analysis of historical hiring to advise future hiring strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current labor market trends, competitor movements, and general recruiting trends.
  • Leading the hiring process in partnership with the Sourcing Team and TA Coordinator
  • Develop expertise in assigned specialty areas, including energy industry trends and talent markets.
  • Identify, build and maintain local partnerships, technical schools, universities and military transition programs.
  • Train and support hiring managers, business leaders and HR partners on recruitment processes, systems, and best practices.

What You Bring

  • Associates degree or higher; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 8 years of recruiting experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on high‑volume hourly, manufacturing, or skilled labor hiring. Candidates with greater or lesser experience may be considered for a higher level, or vice versa.
  • Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver talent solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Experience creatively developing and executing market recruiting strategies, including engaging local talent pools and building community partnerships.
  • Strong relationship‑building and networking skills, with experience collaborating with schools, organizations, and other local stakeholders.
  • Technology‑savvy, with hands‑on experience using applicant tracking systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential HR information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer‑sponsored work authorization.

Your opportunities for personal growth

  • Collaborate on diverse projects within a global talent acquisition team.
  • Partner with business leaders to deepen your industry knowledge.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies in recruiting.
