A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our dynamic High Voltage (HV) business unit as a Site Manager at the Team Leader (M2) level, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of complex energy projects in Italy. You will lead and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Imagine coordinating technical teams and subcontractors while enforcing rigorous safety and quality standards. Your leadership will be crucial in managing site-level costs and documentation, making a significant impact on our mission to deliver high-quality energy solutions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Plan and coordinate on-site activities with the Project Manager, ensuring alignment on resources, equipment, and milestones.
- Oversee all on-site operations from project initiation to handover, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and safety standards.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and local organizations, securing their support for field activities.
- Ensure a comprehensive Health & Safety plan is in place, promoting a culture of safety among all on-site resources.
- Manage subcontractors to ensure quality and progress, while controlling project costs and monitoring actual expenses against forecasts.
What You Bring
- You have a minimum of 20 years of experience as a Site Manager on medium-sized EPC projects, with a focus on HV/MV Electrical Systems.
- Technical High School diploma or a Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical).
- You have experience working with Italian utilities and/or in the Data Center segment, which is a plus.
- You have strong knowledge of HSE Italian regulations (ref. DLgs 81/08).
- You are proficient in MS Project and the MS Office suite, and you thrive in multicultural environments, demonstrating strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in both Italian and English is required.
