A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager, where you will lead medium power transformer orders from initial intake through full project fulfillment, including active participation in commissioning and warranty phases. As the primary point of contact for global customers and internal stakeholders, you will ensure seamless coordination, clear communication, and strong partner management. In this strategic role, you will oversee timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional team alignment, proactively managing risks and opportunities while resolving issues to drive project success. You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing key project performance indicators, preparing stakeholder reports, and supporting compliance with Project Management standards and client expectations. Through regular team check-ins and collaboration, you will contribute to strategic planning, continuous improvement, and innovation across projects.

  • Drive Project Success: Lead complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Enhance Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication among team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement Best Practices: Establish and enforce project management best practices and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze project outcomes and processes to identify areas for improvement, driving initiatives that enhance overall project performance.

What You Bring

  • Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or Project Management. PMP or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
  • Professional Experience: More than 7 years of proven experience in Project Management or leading and organizing project teams within manufacturing or production environments. Experience in the Power Transformers business is highly desirable.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration toward shared objectives.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions, resolve complex issues, and adapt effectively to changing circumstances.
  • Communication & Technical Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency with project management tools; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Language & Mobility: Professional working proficiency.
