A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our Digital Transformation team as a Senior PMO for Transformation Programs, where you will be a strategic driver of excellence. You will lead the establishment and continuous improvement of our PMO governance framework, ensuring high-quality delivery across large-scale business transformation initiatives. Imagine overseeing integrated portfolio planning and financial stewardship while fostering a collaborative community of PMO professionals. You will engage with senior executives, translating complex program data into actionable insights that facilitate decision-making and drive alignment with our strategic objectives. Your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination and execution at every level of the program, making a significant impact on our organization’s success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will own and enhance the PMO governance framework, methodologies, and best practices to ensure standardized delivery across the program.
• Lead program-level risk, issue, and change management processes, facilitating mitigation strategies and ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Champion quality assurance reviews, verifying that project deliverables consistently meet defined standards and program objectives.
• Provide consolidated program status reporting and strategic insights to senior leadership, facilitating executive briefings and decision-making forums.
• Drive integrated portfolio planning, including master scheduling, milestone tracking, and resource coordination across all interdependent projects.

What You Bring

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience leading PMOs within large-scale, complex business transformation programs.
• Certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• You possess strong project and process management skills, including risk management, budgeting, and quality assurance.
• A proven ability to engage with and present to senior executives, translating complex program data into clear, actionable insight.
