A Snapshot of Your Day
Step into a role where you’ll contribute to the management and optimization of Siemens Energy’s local real estate operations. As a Senior Location Officer, you’ll be responsible for supporting property management tasks, ensuring compliance with EHS standards, and coordinating lease agreements that align with cost efficiency goals. Your day will involve close collaboration with internal customers to address space requirements and operational needs while identifying areas for improvement. Whether assisting with facility operations or providing support for construction projects, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our locations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your work will help shape a sustainable, compliant, and cost-effective real estate strategy that drives Siemens Energy forward.

How You’ll Make an Impact
• Support and Manage: Assist with lease management, monitor maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with EHS and security standards across locations.
• Collaborate: Work closely with internal customers to address space requirements, optimize operational expenses, and contribute to cost improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate and Execute: Support the creation of maintenance plans, assist with investment applications, and collaborate with facility management teams for smooth daily operations.
• Ensure Compliance: Provide assistance in legal and statutory matters, ensuring adherence to local regulations and sustainability policies.
• Contribute to Strategy: Support the implementation of real estate strategies, coordinate external rental contracts, and provide documentation and assistance for construction projects.

What You Bring
• A bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 5 years of experience in real estate management, including maintenance or fit-out projects.
• Familiarity with Corporate Real Estate disciplines such as Asset Management, Property Management, Facility Management, and basic legal aspects.
• Strong coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent communication abilities in both English and Mandarin.
• A customer-oriented mindset, high ethical standards, and the ability to work collaboratively toward results.
