A Snapshot of Your Day 

If you are a dynamic Project Manager with a passion for HR transformation and IT project management, we invite you to apply and join our Global HR Solutions team in shaping the future of HR operations at Siemens Energy. In this role, you will be coordinating the IT HR transformation for German HR applications which aims to implement an enhanced Service and IT landscape for HR Operations of Siemens Energy in Germany, independent of the current HR BPO provider and their IT tools. Therefore, you will collaborate with the responsible actors of payroll Germany, HR Services Germany, HR Systems Germany as well as HR IT.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Overall leading IT-related aspects of global strategic projects, in close cooperation with customers and the Business Project Manager.
  • Address interdependencies across initiatives and manage a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with solution architects and project managers to align external and internal collaborators from HR and IT.
  • Oversee core PM fields: detailed work planning, risk and issue management, budgeting, testing, and cutover planning.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Siemens Energy’s PMI-based IT project methodology, including Quality Gates and regular status reporting.
  • Prepare and participate in Steering Committee meetings and provide executive-level updates.
What You Bring
  • Completed university degree in Information Technologies, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Proven longstanding experience in delivering complex IT projects in HR field.
  • Excellent coordination skills working with stakeholders across global teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with full business proficiency in English and German.
  • Deep understanding of HR IT landscapes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise project methodologies and governance frameworks.
