  • Provide guidance to Project Delivery and Site Management teams to ensure compliance with the Environmental Management System, legislation, permits, and contractual requirements.
  • Build environmental awareness across the workforce, deliver training, attend project meetings, and ensure all environmental actions, near misses, and incidents are properly managed and investigated.
  • Manage or coordinate environmental permits, consents, and Environmental Clerk of Works (ECoW) resources, ensuring permit conditions are met through effective CEMP implementation.
  • Conduct environmental audits, identify significant environmental impacts, support client monitoring, and contribute to environmental plans such as CEMPs and waste/resource management plans.
  • Contribute to tenders, campaigns, reporting, data collection, and continuous improvement initiatives, while providing cover for environmental colleagues and gaining wider QEHS experience through rotational learning.

What You Bring

  • Competence in ISO 14001 (internal auditor or equivalent), with desirable experience in ISO 50001, investigation training, or lead auditor training.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and explain technical issues clearly.
  • starter with strategic thinking, planning skills, and a drive for continuous improvement and efficient ways of working.
  • Computer literate (MS Office), experienced in delivering training/awareness, and able to work offshore or internationally as required, valid driving licence.
