A Snapshot of Your Day
As part of the Central PMO team within the Transformation Office, you help establish a more data-driven approach to steering Siemens Energy’s transformation portfolio. Working across programs, functions and leadership teams, you turn complex and fragmented information into transparency, insights and decision support. In this role, you connect business needs with analytics and modern data capabilities, helping drive better decisions, increased transparency and scalable transformation outcomes across the organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Transform (complex) business data into actionable insights that support leadership decision-making across transformation programs.
- Develop dashboards, reporting solutions and advanced analytics that increase transparency and enable data-driven steering across the Transformation Office portfolio.
- Apply statistical and predictive methods to identify trends, risks, dependencies and optimization opportunities.
- Improve data quality, consistency and usability by harmonizing data across functions, programs and reporting processes.
- Drive scalable analytics, automation and AI use cases by translating business needs into practical solutions that create measurable value for the Central PMO
What You Bring
- 5–8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science or a comparable hybrid data role.
- Strong experience in transformation, PMO, Finance, HR or other complex cross-functional environments.
- Proven ability to combine analytical thinking with business understanding.
- Experience transforming complex datasets into actionable insights and management recommendations.
- Practical experience working with functional data domains, particularly Finance and/or HR.
- Strong hands-on mentality and ability to independently structure and solve complex problems.
- Experience working in dynamic, international and stakeholder-intensive environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel or similar analytical tools.
- Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting and data modelling techniques.
- Familiarity with machine learning and advanced analytics concepts and their practical application.
- Understanding of data structures, data integration and data quality management principles.
- Ability to translate technical findings into business language and executive-ready messages.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English language skills; German is a plus
