How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Senior Accounting Specialist in our Finance Department, your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a deputy for the Head of Accounting, ensuring seamless operations.
• Overseeing compliance and internal controls, adhering to accounting standards.
• Managing month-end and quarterly closing activities.
• Analyzing financial data and providing strategic insights to management.
• Coordinating effectively with auditors and external accounting partners.
• Leading projects to enhance accounting processes and efficiency.

What You Bring

• A master’s degree in Auditing or a related field, or equivalent experience from a major auditing firm, providing a strong foundation for the role in an international context.
• Over 5 years of experience as an auditor or financial controller in an international company.
• A proactive approach with a strong drive for coordinating accounting projects and a deep understanding of internal controls.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality, facilitating effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel, SAP, and PowerPoint, employing technology to optimize accounting processes.
