How You’ll Make an Impact

• Shape the Strategy: Develop and refine Siemens Energy’s AI strategy and roadmap, aligning it with broader business objectives and digital transformation goals.
• Drive Innovation: Identify and evaluate high-impact AI use cases across the organization, assessing feasibility, desirability, and viability while defining KPIs and measuring ROI.
• Lead Portfolio Management: Oversee the end-to-end portfolio of AI strategic initiatives, enabling prioritization, resource allocation, progress tracking, and performance monitoring.
• Foster Collaboration: Act as an internal AI evangelist, promoting understanding, adoption, and best practices by working closely with leaders, functional teams, and the digital community.
• Explore Emerging Technologies: Continuously monitor the AI landscape, identify new opportunities, and leverage advancements to inform strategic decision-making.
• Ensure Ethical AI Practices: Lead efforts to uphold ethical AI guidelines, data privacy regulations, and responsible AI principles in all initiatives.

What You Bring

• Strategic Expertise: Proven experience in developing and implementing AI strategies and roadmaps, ideally in a corporate or industrial setting.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to identify, evaluate, and measure business impact and ROI for AI use cases.
• Portfolio Management: Demonstrated success in managing multiple strategic initiatives and prioritizing resources effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Technology Acumen: Deep knowledge of the AI landscape, emerging technologies, and competitive trends, paired with a passion for driving innovation.
