As a Sales Manager for Controls & Digitalization, you’ll collaborate with bid and project management teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs. You’ll actively supervise energy market trends, develop strategies to position Siemens Energy as a leader, and negotiate impactful projects that contribute to the energy transition. Every day, you’ll play a pivotal role in sculpting the future of energy while building long-term relationships with customers.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Drive regional sales growth by developing and completing strategies passionate about automation, electrical engineering, and digitalization for municipal, utility, and industrial energy producers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Lead the development of proposals, manage calculations, and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals with clearly defined metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including project execution, engineering, and product development, to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Explore new business opportunities in digitalization and decarbonization, positioning Siemens Energy as a trusted partner in the energy transition.

What You Bring

• A degree in engineering (automation, computer, or electrical) or equivalent technical training with relevant professional experience.
• Proven expertise in technical sales, with a track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Solid understanding of market trends, competitors, and sales strategy development in the energy sector.
• Experience with Industrial DCS systems and digital solutions, combined with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Polish and English, with a willingness to travel within Poland and occasionally abroad.
