We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Functional Analyst with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP), ePPDS (enhanced Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling. This role is responsible for designing and supporting end-to-end production planning, scheduling, and execution processes in a global manufacturing environment. The analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions that optimize production efficiency, improve scheduling accuracy, and enhance real-time shop floor visibility.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead functional design and support of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) processes, including demand management, material requirements planning (MRP), capacity planning, and shop floor execution.
• Support ePPDS (enhanced Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) to optimize production sequences, manage constraints, and improve resource utilization across manufacturing plants.
• Collaborate with key users to gather business requirements and design SAP PP/QM solutions to meet operational needs.
• Provide expertise in integration of PP with QM, MM, WM/EWM, and MES/DMC to ensure smooth end-to-end process flows.
• Support system testing (unit, integration, UAT), data migration, and cutover activities during SAP S/4HANA and DMC deployments
• Deliver training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, ensuring system stability and process efficiency.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience OR Associate degree with 10+ years experience

• 5+ years of experience in implementing, configuring and supporting SAP PP module.1+ years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP PPDS module
• Integration with MM, QM, WM/EWM, and with SAP DMC MES systems
• Strong knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes in MTS/MTO/ETO environment
• Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and support within global manufacturing environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to work individually and collaborate with a team.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• S4HANA certification in Production Planning and Manufacturing
