A Snapshot of Your Day
The Resource and Tool Coordinator reports directly to the Head of Field Service Asia Pacific, working closely with the Local, Regional & Global teams.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and handle project plans, schedules, estimates, resources, risk assessments, and status reports to ensure timely delivery and budget compliance.
- Provide technical mentorship to project teams, be responsible for quality standards, and review results from internal teams and vendors.
- Liaise with users and vendors to document requirements, lead tasks, and ensure the quality of results and spare parts/tooling for transmission products.
- Plan and implement outages, conduct site visits and pre-outage surveys, and support the Project Manager in presenting outage plans.
- Handle prioritization and tooling across the APAC region, develop training strategies, and apply Salesforce Lightning and Field Service Management tools.
- Coordinate I&C TFA orders, ensure customer happiness, and rigorously follow HSE and quality protocols while working on high-voltage transmission systems.
What You Bring

- Collaborate with users and vendors to document requirements, handle tasks, and ensure quality spare parts and tooling for transmission products.
- Plan and complete outages, conduct site and pre-outage surveys, and assist Project Managers in outage communications and execution.
- Lead all aspects of APAC prioritization and tooling, implement training plans, and run Salesforce Lightning and Field Service Management tools.
- Coordinate I&C TFA orders, ensure service perfection, and enforce to HSE and quality standards in high-voltage transmission environments.
