The RPDM will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the SGT portfolio within the Asia Pacific region. This includes pivotal initiatives to expand, protect, and decarbonize the small gas turbine aftermarket services portfolio
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and implement strategic actions to drive growth and protect the SGT aftermarket services portfolio while advancing decarbonization goals.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve customer happiness and dedication.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, address market gaps, and mitigate potential risks.
- Leverage market insights and customer feedback to refine and maintain a clear, actionable product roadmap in collaboration with the Product Competency Center (PCC).
- Act as the primary point of contact for regional customer-facing teams, gathering feedback to translate customer needs into effective product strategies.
- Collaborate with the customer-facing team to meet with customers, build strong relationships, and ensure their needs are addressed effectively.
- Independently prepare high-quality product presentations, proposals, and technical documentation to support customer interactions.
- Build and cultivate strategic relationships both internally within Siemens Energy and externally with customers and adjacent companies.
What You Bring
- A university degree or equivalent experience in engineering and/or business, or equivalent practical experience that demonstrates your expertise.
- A minimum of 8–10 years in sales, product management, business development, or a related role within the energy, gas turbine, or power generation industry.
- Extensive knowledge of regional energy markets, customer segments, and regulatory frameworks, with specific expertise in small and industrial gas turbine applications.
- Strong understanding of aftermarket services related to gas turbines, including maintenance, repairs, spare parts, and performance optimization.
- Proven track record to build and cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders, turning insights into actionable product improvements.
- Strong commercial awareness, including pricing strategy, product differentiation, ROI analysis, and product positioning in competitive markets.
Knowledge of sustainable energy trends and a commitment to aligning product strategies with environmental and regulatory goals.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
