A Snapshot of Your Day


As Recruitment Performance Manager for inhouse and RPO, you ensure that both inhouse Talent Acquisition teams and external RPO partners deliver high-quality, efficient, and compliant recruitment services aligned with Siemens Energy’s global Talent Acquisition strategy. You act as the central interface between internal stakeholders and inhouse and RPO team leads, translate performance data into actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement across regions and Business Areas.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Govern and monitor in-house and RPO delivery performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual commitments, ensuring consistent service and hiring quality
  • Lead regular performance reviews and QBRs with in-house and RPO leads and stakeholders, tracking actions, outcomes, and improvements
  • Identify performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions and escalations where needed
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact between TA, in-house teams, and RPO providers, aligning delivery with hiring demand and priorities
  • Produce dashboards and reports, translating data into insights, and track run-rate, invoices, volume alignment, and financial governance
  • Ensure compliance with TA standards and regulations, while supporting continuous improvement, transformation, and AI-related initiatives
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in performance management across inhouse TA and/or RPO delivery models.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in recruitment metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting.
  • Solid understanding of vendor management, SLAs/KPIs, and commercial delivery models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills in a matrixed, international environment.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and manage complex interfaces between internal and external partners.
  • Experience working with ATS and reporting tools (e.g. Avature is an advantage) and excellent English proficiency.
