Join our growing Real Estate Finance team as a Analyst supporting the Contract Administration and IFRS16 process in the core of Siemens Energy Real Estate. This role involves working closely with Country, Hub and Central FIN organizations.

How You’ll Make a difference

• Manage and perform contract administration including IFRS16 reporting
• Administer external and internal contracts in the internal space and contract management system
• Report and validate data transmitted via interfaces to other reporting systems
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Enforce operational control and quality of Contract Management
• Provide data and validate all transfer of data to subsequent reporting systems (SAP, IFRS16 Tool, etc.)
• Proactive, self-driven and able to work effectively in global, virtual teams and networks 
• Maintain effective communication within department and extended SE RE organization

What You Bring 

• University degree in Management, Business Administration or similar
• 3-5 years work experience (experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus)
• Experience in Contracts management, Real Estate, administrative and/or financial processes preferred
• Relevant experience in accounting including hands on experience handling lease accounting as per IFRS16
• Proficient in MS Excel & Office (Pivot Tables, VBA, Macros, Databases)
• Desirable Proficient in Financial Applications (SAP)
• Fluent in English (mandatory) & one other language
• Team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Flexible and deadline oriented
• Able to work in a changing work environment

Our Real Estate team manages a global footprint of over 4’5 million square meters, overseeing all real estate related activities and projects, develops and implements portfolio strategies in line with SE’s business objectives and ensures cost-effective facility operations and work environments for SE.
