You are responsible for ensuring that project and product quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with project managers, factories, customers, and internal stakeholders, the position oversees quality compliance, manages warranty cases and claims, and drives the timely resolution of quality issues. The role also supports Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), provides quality expertise for customer-related concerns, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance overall project quality and customer satisfaction. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this position.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collaborate with project managers to establish and maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.  
• Manage and expedite the resolution of warranty cases and claims, ensuring timely reporting and solving quality activities.  
• Provide quality input for warranty cases and claims for German customers to both German and non - German factories.  
• Coordinate with stakeholders on quality - related topics to ensure alignment between factories, order management, and customers.  
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions to enhance overall project quality.  
• Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) by accompanying customers on - site, identifying quality issues, ensuring follow - up on fixes, and driving continuous improvement in collaboration with manufacturing units. 

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, with proven experience in quality assurance and standards management.  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in high - voltage projects such as switchgears 
• Experience in managing warranty cases and claims, with strong analytical and reporting skills in an industrial or manufacturing setting.  
• Strong   interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate quality - related topics across multiple departments.  
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) and experience in identifying process improvements and implementing corrective actions.  
• Proficient in English, German language skills are preferred
• Ability to handle customer claims and collaborate effectively with diverse teams, with a willingness to travel up to 30%.
