Join our Offshore Quality Management organization and step into a role where you actively shape the quality and reliability of critical offshore transport and installation equipment. Start your day partnering with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to ensure suppliers are fully qualified and risks are addressed early—long before offshore execution begins. You lead quality assurance across the full lifecycle, from design review and supplier selection to manufacturing, FAT/SAT, and site activities. Every decision you make helps protect safe, compliant, and on-time offshore operations while strengthening supplier performance and continuous improvement.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and govern supplier qualification and supplier assurance processes for offshore equipment projects
• Ensure accurate supplier qualification status in procurement and quality systems to enable compliant sourcing
• Drive cross-functional quality process improvements, including engineering change management
• Lead the implementation and governance of APQP across equipment development and project execution, acting as subject matter expert and program owner
• Chair and lead the Quality Board, ensuring transparency, prioritization, and follow-up of quality risks, non-conformities, KPIs, and senior management decisions

What You Bring

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Proven experience with supplier qualification and supplier assurance processes
• Solid knowledge of APQP methodologies, including PPAP, and structured quality planning tools
• Experience working in cross-functional, project-driven environments
• Business-level English proficiency and willingness to travel internationally for site visits and inspections

About the Team

You will be part of the Offshore Quality Management organization, focusing on equipment and contractor quality for offshore projects. The team works across the full project lifecycle, from early design and supplier selection through manufacturing and offshore execution. You collaborate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and external suppliers to ensure quality standards are met and risks are proactively managed. The team plays a key role in safeguarding safe and timely offshore execution through structured quality governance and continuous improvement.
