• Identify and prioritize complex improvement projects in the Europe and Africa Region of Gas Services
• Implement structured quality management processes
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma to enhance process reliability and reduce inefficiencies
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of risk management activities in the Project Risk Register
• Facilitate Lessons Learned sessions
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field, with experience in Project Management, preferably in Gas Services
• Lean Six Sigma certification (preferably Black Belt) and hands-on experience with related tools and methodologies
• Expertise in Continuous Improvement and Technical Quality Management, including Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and CAPA
• Knowledge of risk and quality management standards like ISO 9001
• Experience with digitalization solutions to enhance reporting processes and the ability to deliver training on quality management
• Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills and willingness to travel globally (20-30%). Fluency in German and English required
