As a Project Manager for the Gas Services team in Kuwait, you will lead the Sabiya project, ensuring business continuity and fulfilling contractual obligations. Your day will involve comprehensive project lifecycle management, rigorous financial oversight, and proactive stakeholder engagement, all aimed at maintaining project momentum and delivering on key objectives.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and resource plans using standard project management tools.
• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and formal closure.
• Monitor and control project financials, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to address obstacles.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive project management experience in the energy or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects independently.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Strong financial acumen and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

About the Team 

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
