A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will take on full responsibility for managing projects within the realm of protection, control, and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) in high voltage (HV) transmission projects. Your day will involve coordinating with technical experts, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be involved in risk, opportunity, and claim management, as well as supporting proposal management during the offering phase. Regular project reporting to management will be a key part of your role.

How You’ll Make an Impact

·       You will have full responsibility for managing projects within the area of protection, control, and HMI in high voltage transmission projects.

·       You will ensure project delivery within the timeline, budget, and high-quality standards, while managing interfaces with subcontractors.

·       You will handle risk, opportunity, and claim management effectively.

·       You will support proposal management during the offering phase.

·       You will work closely with technical experts to ensure project success.

·       You will create and maintain standardized project management documents.

·       You will provide regular project reports to management.

What You Bring

·       A university degree in electrical engineering, automation, or a similar field.

·       Extensive experience with control and protection systems and/or energy transmission.

·       Ideally 5-8 years project management experience.

·       Distinctive communication skills.
