Imagine working at the heart of project delivery, where your coordination ensures every detail moves forward smoothly—from planning to site execution. You manage project activities, attend key meetings, and keep progress on track through structured monitoring and reporting. Working closely with factory teams, site supervisors, and subcontractors, you ensure materials, resources, and timelines are well aligned. From documentation to on‑site testing and commissioning, your role bridges engineering design and real‑world delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You manage project activities and participate in project meetings to ensure alignment and timely decision‑making.
• You supervise and control project tasks to achieve defined performance targets, including schedule and quality.
• You prepare documentation submissions, monitor site progress, and update project programs and reports.
• You coordinate with factory teams, site supervisors, and subcontractors for site management, including materials handling, storage, and distribution.
• You support on‑site testing and commissioning activities, including software installation, troubleshooting, and submission of technical documents, equipment, and drawings.

What You Bring

• You hold a Degree or High Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• You bring 3–4 years of relevant working experience.
• You have experience managing systems such as Windows/Linux/Exchange Server, Hyper‑V/VMware, and SAN systems or AutoCAD (advantageous).
• Possession of REW A0 and Safety Supervisor certification is preferred.
• You demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

The team works closely with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth coordination from planning through commissioning. Strong communication, technical coordination, and attention to detail are key to the team’s success in delivering projects to customers.
