As a Project Engineer at Siemens Energy, you will provide support to the project manager in executing complex control and digital projects. You will work on meaningful projects that enhance power generation systems, impacting Siemens Energy’s mission to deliver sustainable energy solutions. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead various work packages in projects, managing diverse subcontractor scopes including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction.
• Coach and enable team performance through skilled execution of Control and Digital initiatives.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of all internal and external contractual obligations, materials, and services.
• Implement and maintain process, quality, and EHS requirements to uphold project standards.
• Manage opportunities and risks by identifying, evaluating, and controlling measures with regular updates.
• Collaborate with assigned overall project manager personnel to achieve project targets effectively and efficiently.

What You Bring

• A strong technical education and engineering background, essential for successful project execution.
• Proficiency in practical project management, with active involvement in leadership roles.
• Basic knowledge of Control and Digital business and systems, crucial for project success.
• Experience in handling projects with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
• Ability to evaluate and assess project co-workers’ skills and potential, contributing to the performance management process.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative team environment.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
