A Snapshot of Your Day
As member of the Operations team, the Production Supervisor will be responsible to plan and execute daily production targets with focus on Safety, Quality and Productivity.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Effectively lead a workforce to accomplish daily, monthly, and annual targets
- Maintain workflow by supervising process and eliminating bottlenecks
- Continuous improvement using Lean techniques and digitalization
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve process and product
- Maintain great employee relations by providing feedback, mentor, training, and development
- Develop strong team through training and development
What You Bring
- Bachelor or Associate degree in a technical, engineering, or relevant field
- Minimum of 3- 5 years’ experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Confirmed ability to manage a team and get results
- As a federal contractor, Siemens Energy continues to monitor federal and state legal guidelines regarding the COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
