A Snapshot of Your Day

At Siemens Gamesa, as a Production Productivity Specialist, you´ll managed the warehouse, ensuring that our SP1 technicians were equipped with the necessary tools, equipment, and materials for their daily operations. This role required direct collaboration with technicians, team leaders, planners, and the SOM of SP1 to fulfill contracts, build customer trust, and support the company’s objectives.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Improve internal customer satisfaction by efficiently managing logistical activities in project tooling warehouses, ensuring timely and accurate coordination of materials and equipment.
  • Maintain and communicate comprehensive data from the utility warehouse to effectively meet internal customer needs and streamline supply processes.
  • Provide real-time updates on the disposition of goods during transport, offering alternative action options and timely information to all customers involved.
  • Initiate and coordinate the installation and operation of logistics infrastructure and equipment on-site, ensuring compliant and cost-effective logistics management.
  • Regularly review tooling status and annual certification, supplying necessary equipment and personal protective equipment (EPI) to technicians for efficient task execution.
  • Schedule and communicate regular equipment reviews to technicians, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools to effectively carry out their scheduled tasks.

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role is required.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in office software, particularly Excel, is essential for data management and reporting.
  • A degree in Administration or Management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level is required to facilitate effective communication.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with internal customers.
