- Capture, refine, and prioritize business requirements for both incremental improvements and large-scale CEP initiatives
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional meetings with collaborators to initiate discussions, provide updates, and facilitate decision-making across business units and regions
- Collaborate closely with development teams, UX designers, and Salesforce specialists to ensure successful delivery and maintenance of portal functionalities
- Own and improve the creation of dashboards and reports within Salesforce, consolidate portal analytics and critical metrics to provide clear, actionable insights to leadership on a monthly basis
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap considering business priorities and technical feasibility, ensure timely delivery of features and capabilities, and incorporate user feedback and customer needs into the product backlog to improve usability, adoption, and happiness
- Establish and maintain standard methodologies for product management (documentation, change control, backlog grooming, agile ceremonies) and identify and implement process improvements and innovation opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and value of the CEP to customers
- University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant business or technical field, ideally with a focus on digital product management
- Long-term proven professional experience, and several years specific experience in Product Ownership, preferably for digital B2B platforms
- Experience in working in agile software development environments and knowledge of agile methodologies, backlog management tools, user testing, prototyping, and iterative product development
- Professional experience with Salesforce
- Analytical approach and ability to derive insights from user behavior, portal usage, and metrics combined with strong communication skills, project, and partner management
- Full business proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus
