Perform design, calculation and review of technical information for the manufacture of electrical transformers, in accordance with standards, international procedures (ANSI, ASME,CFE, DIN, ISO, IEEE, CSA, ASTM), internally established quality policies (TDR) and customer specifications, meeting the needs of customers and STM, with respect for the environment and adherence to safe work practices and prevention of illicit activities.

How You’ll Make an Impact (see Example of activities)

• Perform and approve designs and/or technical information for power transformers in accordance with customer standards and specifications.
• Creation of tariff classification sheets based on the technical identification of the various materials that make up a transformer, description, function, material, etc.

What You Bring  ( see example of activities)

• Must possess a personality that gives a client a feeling of trust and comfort, very professional attitude.
• Knowledge and understanding of other cultures.
• Able to make decisions and function in remote areas with minimum guidance.
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to a constantly changing work environment.

• English at professional working proficiency level.
• Knowledge of Design Software: CREO (desirable), SolidWorks, AutoCAD.
• Tracing of nonconformities (root cause analysis)

About the team: (see example)

The selected person will work jointly with the Company's Factory Management, commercial and technical teams and other support areas of the Company. Working closely with sales and marketing departments to understand customer requirements and market trends. This helps in designing products that not only meet technical specifications but also appeal to the target market.
