關於職位
How to contribute to our vision
This role is within the Gas Services' Generator Operational Support team, created to ensure business continuity and manage an increasing workload due to fleet growth and service demands. The position is critical for providing direct engineering support to the operating fleet of large utility generators, focusing on maintaining reliability and resolving technical issues. To address these business needs, the role is structured around three core areas: Fleet Operational Support & Troubleshooting, Engineering Design & Lifecycle Management, and Project Coordination. These categories encompass the reactive troubleshooting of field issues, the proactive design of repairs and improvements, and the management of engineering projects and stakeholder communications. Given the focus on technical resolution and design, the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering with significant experience in the power generation industry, specifically with turbogenerators. Key competencies include advanced problem-solving, engineering design, and the ability to manage complex projects and communicate technical solutions effectively.
