A Snapshot of your day

As a part of global CoC you will act as a strategic partner to HR and business. Implement and enable Performance, Talent Management and Leadership development solutions with our global portfolios to meet business needs. You will roll out these solutions globally and regionally with compelling communication and enablement strategies, as successful implementation requires organizational change and influencing strategies and skills.

You will also provide an aggregation point for the voice of the business allowing continuous improvement to products and tools

How you’ll make an impact

  • Our goal is to champion an environment of development and growth for all and develop leaders ready to ignite change. Our solutions include people development, strategic learning, succession and performance management.
  • PAG (People Attraction and Growth) team are located globally and to drive the enablement of our team member (TM) strategies in each region.
  • Drive global roll-out and implementation of People Growth processes and solutions
  • Act as strategic advisor and partner to HRBPs on talent management agenda regionally
  • Provide feedback from regions/divisions on needs and solutions
  • Promote a growth culture in the organization

What you bring

  • Minimum 5 years experience within Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning that have focused on the implementation of TM products and Organizational Change at a global or regional level
  • The foundation of your career is a successfully completed university degree (bachelors or masters) in a business or HR-related field and further training in the field of Talent and Leadership Development, Coaching, Learning.
  • As this role works closely with all COE and HRBP you must have worked with various different HR functions, such as Global HR Business Partner, Regional Talent and Leadership development to ensure a well-rounded understanding of all partners’ needs in a global matrix set-up
  • You are able to build partnership relationships and provide customer-centric solutions
  • You are familiar with coordinating global projects and driving global initiative and have a proven track record in concept designing and implementation on a global scale
  • You are driven by enabling others with your expertise to generate change and you have an empathetic approach and can coach and empower others
  • You can balance big picture thinking with detailed implementation of initiative and you are a clear communicator and able to facilitate and work with different personalities, cultures and levels of experience
  • To work with your colleagues all over the world you are sensitive to different cultures, willing to work across time zones and you are open to travel you must have worked in roles with global scope
  • You are willing to work in a global, agile team set-up with focus on topics and not hierarchies
  • Must be fluent in English and either French, German, Spanish would be beneficial
