For our Procurement organization, we are looking for a Purchasing Support Staff who will be reporting to Procurement head. This role will be responsible for assisting daily purchasing operations of projects.

What are the responsibilities?

• Support for operational procurement activities of projects ( PO & invoice follow-up, reporting & analysis, support for automation & digitalization projects) 
• Support for logistics activities (import & export , customs clearance, transportation and internal customer coordination)
• Support for strategic procurement activities (supplier registration, offer & negotiation support., Supplier Management support, reporting & analysis.)
• Support for other purchasing activities on projects
• Support for Procurement KPI’s reporting
• Support for Indirect Material order queries

What do you need to qualify for this job?

• 3rd or 4th year students / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,  Industrial Engineering, Electrical-Electronical Engineering, Business Administration or International Trade
• Able to work at least 2,5 -3 days/week in Kartal
• Advanced level of written and spoken English
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Hard-working, enthusiastic and eager to learn
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Flexible and good team players
• Result orientation with strong analytical thinking
