The Grid Technologies Turkey & Central Asia Sales Organization in Istanbul is seeking an Order Execution Professional to support the GT S EU TCA order execution team with offer preparations and project execution. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring every order is delivered on time and to the highest standards. Your day will be filled with opportunities to solve challenges, optimize sourcing, and facilitate seamless project delivery. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Oversee the order and implementation of high-voltage equipment, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and timely availability of goods and services in line with project requirements.
• Clarify business needs, track and expedite orders through predefined processes, and serve as the main point of contact for all sourcing topics.
• Monitor project demand, costs, and schedules, proactively facilitating information flow and communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Support commercial and logistics teams with export and customs control, manage shipment processes, and handle claim management by providing defect analysis and solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, documentation, and meeting notes, while regularly tracking progress and preparing status reports that highlight achievements and potential issues.
• Identify, monitor, and report on project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement to achieve efficiency gains and meet the highest quality standards expected by customers and stakeholders.

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is considered an advantage.
• A minimum of five years’ project management experience, preferably within the energy sector, is expected.
• Proven ability to manage projects successfully from initiation to completion is essential.
• Strong organizational, analytical, decision-making, and collaboration skills are necessary to excel in this role.
• Fluency in written and spoken Turkish and English is required.
• Willingness to travel to project sites or client locations as needed is important.
