A Snapshot of Your Day:

 As an Offer Manager at Siemens Energy, you will be at the forefront of developing and negotiating product and service contracts, making this role perfect for strategic thinkers with strong negotiation skills. You will work on meaningful projects that involve collaboration with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to create compelling proposals that align with business objectives. Your contributions will directly impact client relationships and Siemens Energy’s mission by ensuring that contractual obligations are met while fostering a culture of teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
  • Administer, consult, and negotiate product/service contracts with external customers.
  • Develop pre-sales contract strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Structure proposals, contracts, and bid documents that align with business goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage amendments to accommodate scope changes.
  • Ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations from all contracting parties.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, or sales support.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to achieving business objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction.
