A Snapshot of Your Day:


As a Modernization Upgrade Expert at Siemens Energy, you will engage with dynamic international teams to drive innovative upgrade solutions for gas turbine and combined cycle power plants across the Middle East and North Africa. Your work will not only enhance the efficiency and reliability of our clients’ energy systems but also contribute to Siemens Energy’s mission of creating a sustainable future. How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Prepare and present tailored gas turbine and combined cycle upgrade solutions for clients.
  • Drive modernization and upgrade initiatives to meet business targets.
  • Collaborate with international teams to analyze customer business models and needs.
  • Integrate service portfolio offerings to optimize customer value.
  • Participate in customer meetings to refine modernization scopes based on requirements.
  • Support sales and provide insights for cost and risk management in a complex market.


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the Power Sector, preferably in sales or technical roles.
  • Strong knowledge of power plant design and operations; experience with total plant solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in international, multi-location teams with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or German is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated team player with innovative, results-oriented mindset and strong networking abilities.

About the Team:


Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
