As Material Process Planning for DT you´ll be the entrepreneur responsible to ensure the timely availability of materials and components necessary for production through appropriate planning, inventory control, and coordination with procurement area, in order to guarantee compliance with the master production schedule.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Analysis of project BOMs

• Plan and schedule the supply of materials according to the requirements of the production plan.

• Control and generate material requisitions based on inventory levels and demand forecasts.

• Monitor inventory levels and propose actions for optimizing stock (maximum and minimum)

• Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Analyze variations in material consumption and adjust supply plans.

• Collaborate with purchasing, quality, manufacturing, and warehouse areas to resolve deviations or supply issues.

• Participate in continuous improvement projects related to the supply chain

• Detect and solve problems from their source, Problem analysis.

• Apply the technical manufacturing improvements to optimize processes and implement an agile, flexible, and efficient production model.

• Responsibility to comply with and/or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integrated management system (EHS, Quality)

What You Bring

• Must possess a personality that gives to the team a feeling of trust and comfort, very professional attitude.

• Knowledge and understanding of people.

• Able to make decisions and function in remote areas with minimum guidance.

• Must be flexible and able to adapt to a constantly changing work environment.

• Professional Experience (2+ years) in manufacturing and planning processes, knowledge of MRP (SAP, Oracle or other similar systems), inventory analysis and purchasing processes.

• English - Intermediate-advanced

• Sense of urgency, working under pressure.

• Organization and attention to detail

• Analytical skills

• Effective communication.

About the team

The selected person will work jointly with the Company's Factory Management, commercial and technical teams and other support areas of the Company.
