A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our manufacturing operations in Trento as a Material Planner and Expeditor, where you actively plan and manage the arrival of materials to keep production running smoothly. You collaborate closely with production, logistics, purchasing teams, and suppliers, ensuring every delivery aligns perfectly with our schedule. You track purchase orders, incoming goods, and material destinations, swiftly resolving any discrepancies or delays. Imagine organizing urgent pickups, adjusting delivery schedules, and participating in cross-functional meetings that drive efficiency and innovation. Your attention to detail and proactive approach help prevent warehouse congestion and keep our operations on track.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Plan material arrivals in close collaboration with production scheduling.
- Coordinate weekly with suppliers to monitor and expedite deliveries, ensuring alignment with production needs.
- Track purchase orders, incoming goods, and material destinations accurately.
- Monitor overdue orders, address discrepancies promptly, and adjust delivery schedules as needed.
- Organize pickups, urgent collections, and manage the arrival and documentation of insulation oil tanks.
What You Bring
- 3 to 5 years of previous experience in material planning, expediting, or supply chain roles.
- You demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficient user with IT tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and SAP.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- You are fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of another language is a plus.
