A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Master Planner, your day begins with a review of production orders, capacity planning and new customers orders. You will work closely with the offers, sales, engineering, production planning, production, purchasing, order execution and logistics teams to ensure that all resources are aligned with production needs. Participate actively in new products introduction. Throughout the day, you will adjust plans as necessary to respond to changes in demand and resolve any issues that may arise to ensure smooth and efficient production. Additionally, you will participate in daily meetings to discuss progress and challenges, and work on continuous improvement of planning processes. Participated and in the future be responsible for S&OP.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and maintain scheduling of production plans in the middle and long term that optimize resource use and minimize costs.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the availability of materials and resources needed for production.
• Identify and resolve planning issues that may affect production and on-time delivery.
• Implement continuous improvements in planning processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze production and demand data to adjust plans and ensure production goals are met.
• Take responsibility for Sales and Operation Planning with a five-year vision. Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports to monitor progress and results

What You Bring

• 5 years of experience as a Production Planner or 2 years as a Master Planner required.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multiple departments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills. (English and Spanish)
• Knowledge of ERP systems and production planning tools in SAP, and other IT tools as Alterix, Tableu, Mendix, Power BI is desired.
• Technical skills in using production planning and inventory management software. Ability to interpret and analyze production and demand data. Engineering to Order environment.
