Assembly according to working instruction and procedure, ensure quality and delivery.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Work under the direction of the team leader, strictly follow work instructions and safety regulations to ensure safe production.
服从班组长的工作安排，严格遵守作业指导书及安全规定，确保安全生产。
2. Carry out assembly tasks efficiently in accordance with work instructions and related technical documents.
根据作业指导书及相关技术文件的要求，以高效的方式完成装配工作。
3. Monitor product quality during the production process; identify, reject, or rework defective products in a timely manner.
监督生产过程中的产品质量，及时识别、剔除或返工不良品。
4. Report any problems or abnormalities encountered during the assembly process immediately to the supervisor.
在装配过程中如发现问题或异常情况，须立即向上级汇报。
5. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of production equipment and work areas.
保持生产设备及工作区域的清洁与整齐。
6. Be responsible for the implementation of 5S standards at the work site.
负责现场 5S 标准的执行与落实。
7. Perform other duties assigned by the team leader or manager as required.
完成由班组长或经理分配的其他工作任务。

What You Bring
1 to 2 years’ experience in production. 1 到 2 年生产车间工作经验。
2. High school diploma or above. 高中以上学历。
3. Knowledge of EHS regulations. 具备环境、健康与安全（EHS 知识。
4. Strong sense of ownership and responsibility. 具备较强的主人翁意识和责任感。
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 能够在团队环境中有效工作。
6. Good communication skills in both verbal and written forms. 具备良好的口头和书面沟通能力。
7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. 愿意学习并适应新流程和新技
术。
