A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Manufacturing Production Manager, you will lead our production operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. You will coach and mentor Team Leaders, drive performance through people and processes, and collaborate across departments to deliver operational excellence. Each day offers the opportunity to make an impact by fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and coach Team Leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities and succession planning.
  • Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Drive On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Right First Time (RFT) through effective planning and resource management.
  • Monitor and manage production KPIs, addressing variances proactively.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Order Fulfilment, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues and optimise operations.
  • Support New Product Integration, ensuring smooth transition from development into live manufacturing.
  • Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Promote a quality-first mindset, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced, regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and health & safety standards.
  • Demonstrated success in developing teams and improving operational performance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar CI methodologies is an advantage.
