You will work on industrializing electrical rotating machines (generators and motors), defining manufacturing processes and integrating automation, robotics and digital solutions. Your work will directly impact production efficiency, product quality and cost competitiveness, collaborating with international teams in China and India within a continuous improvement and innovation-driven environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Define manufacturing processes based on engineering drawings and specifications.
• Drive efficiency improvements through re-engineering activities (H&S, Quality, Cost, Delivery).
• Implement and optimize automation solutions (robotics, PLCs, digitalization).
• Define SAP routings, MBOM and control labor cost/value.
• Lead industrialization, validation and continuous improvement projects.

What You Bring

• Engineering degree with 2–3 years of experience (nice to have).
• Strong skills in robotics, AI, PLC programming and automation.
• Experience with SAP, NX, Teamcenter, AutoCAD and MS tools.
• Fluent in English (B2–C1) and Spanish.
• Proactive mindset, ownership, teamwork and international mobility.

About the Team
You will join the Industrial Engineering team at the main production facility in Reinosa. The team is responsible for defining, optimizing and industrializing manufacturing processes for generators and motors, ensuring high standards in safety, quality and efficiency. Working in a collaborative and international environment, the team leads innovation initiatives focused on automation, digitalization and continuous improvement, contributing to Siemens Gamesa’s mission in the energy transition.
