A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Lead for Regional Commodity Manager (RCM), you have a (virtual) team of Regional Commodity Managers to ensure procurement strategy for all indirect materials for Hub China fulfilled business requirements and standards across sites/locations/regions, drive synergy across sites/locations/regions to achieve competitive supply chain in terms of cost, quality and delivery.

Take over Regional commodity manager role for Fleet to achieve “BEV first principle” and achieve green vehicles targets with excellent stake holder management. Support Strategic mindset/skill/capability development of RCMs, broaden vision and knowledges of RCMs.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Responsible for reviewing commodity strategy from all RCMs annually, organizing annual review session with RCMs and head of Procurement, drive all strategy to meet annual target and follow up implementation
  • Responsible for the regional commodity management, strategy management and supplier development/relationship management for assigned commodity of indirect material.
  • Responsible for critical cases sourcing
  • Manage supplier relationships, collaborate with regional business partners, build relationship, and improve supplier performance
  • Analyzing and calculating procurement costs and developing cost reduction strategies for responsible commodity
  • Excellent stakeholder management and accurate communication skill
  • Take ownership and result oriented

What You Bring:
  • 5-8 years working experience in indirect material procurement. 
  • Bachelor's degree or above. Major in business or engineering degree preferable. 
  • Experience in indirect material purchasing or marketing, or experience whole-sales purchasing or strategy of industrial E-platform 
  • Experience in international working environment is a must.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with an ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in written and oral English and Mandarin.
